Ref test

Not a Rick-Roll, honest... (arrg!)

bubble

1 or 2 refs

According to scientists, the Sun is pretty big. <ref>E. Miller, The Sun, (New York: Academic Press, 2005), 23-5.</ref> The Moon, however, is not so big. <ref>R. Smith, "Size of the Moon", Scientific American, 46 (April 1978): 44-6.</ref>

multi refs

This is an example of multiple references to the same footnote.<ref name="multiple">Remember that when you refer to the same footnote multiple times, the text from the first reference is used.</ref>

Such references are particularly useful when citing sources, if different statements come from the same source.<ref name="multiple">This text is superfluous, and won't show up anywhere. We may as well just use an empty tag.</ref>

A concise way to make multiple references is to use empty ref tags, which have a slash at the end. Although this may reduce redundant work, please be aware that if a future editor removes the first reference, this will result in the loss of all references using the empty ref tags.<ref name="multiple" />

The STDW Wiki is a gathering point of information for all players.
There are some basic rules you should follow before contributing to the database.
Register – Registration is required in order for you to edit articles or create new articles to expand the wiki.
Editing Protocol – The Editing Protocol file contains a lot of useful information how how to edit pages or create new ones.
Guidelines – The Guidelines on how to create a good article. You should check them out when editing articles.

You finished your character page? Need something to do? Check out the Wanted Pages list and start editing red links! Your work is much appreciated, and if everyone contributes, our Wiki will be clean of red links!

See the Recent Changes to look at the latest page edits. Also remember that before you save a page, it's always a good idea to click the Preview button.

Wiki works best with Mozilla Firefox, if you don't have FireFox, go get it.

Your Wiki Needs You!

The Wiki is in need of page filling, and notably detail on the 'Did you know?' section and quotes page. May we also encourage you to create your own character page as a way in filling in the void of infomation and for you to learn Wiki code should you need to. Thank you for your time.
